IN ORDER TO COMBAT THE RISING GAS PRICES, everyone booking 3 nights or greater (booked after 05/05/10) will receive a gas discount! YES, we said EVERYONE BOOKING 3 NIGHTS OR GREATER WILL RECEIVE A GAS DISCOUNT. (see two exceptions below.) Gas allowances vary per rental unit so they are listed in the "Rates" text of each rental (just scroll down after clicking on the RATES button.)

It's easy to figure your rental rate with a discount. Go to the Rental Properties section, click on the unit of your choice and then the RATES button. Rates are not listed per day. For your convenience, they are already added together as the total for 2 nights, 3 nights, 4 nights, etc. You need to SUBTRACT the gas allowance (and any other discounts listed below that may apply) form the RENTAL RATES WE HAVE LISTED before figuring your sales tax. Be sure and read about all of our specials as other specials might apply.

Note:the only time this special discount does not apply is for stays during New Year's week or President's Day weekend. We are offering MLK & President's Day weekends at the regular winter rates with no increases. You will need to call the office for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's prices. In the past, a ONE MONTH STAY did not receive gas discount as the monthly price is already discounted. Now, for each summer month you rent at the already discounted price, you will receive an additional one week gas discount!!!!!
